Abstract本发明公开了一种熔合碳点、制备方法及其应用,涉及碳纳米材料技术领域。熔合碳点的制备包括如下步骤:制备原料碳点,然后将原料碳点于极性非质子性有机溶剂中,进行溶剂热反应,以形成熔合碳点。采用微波法制得小尺寸的原料碳点,微波法具有耗时短、溶剂无毒和能耗低的特点,制得的原料碳点具有丰富的表面基团。该熔合碳点具有增强的近红外发射中心,同时也具有优异的光热转换性能,结构和光学性质稳定。熔合碳点的制备方法简单易行,且价格低廉,易于大规模批量制备,在光热转化材料、光热治疗、荧光成像等领域具有很好的应用前景。
