Abstract本公开提供了一种陶瓷氧化物固态电解质及其制备方法,涉及电解质技术领域。陶瓷氧化物固态电解质的制备方法,通过主要原料和添加剂进行制备,包括:将主要原料混合煅烧得到中间粉体,将中间粉体与添加剂混合烧结;其中,添加剂为氟化物,添加剂与中间粉体的质量比为0.1-10:100。通过在主要原料煅烧之后引入添加剂进行烧结,减少了对原料称量的精确度要求以及球磨的工艺成本,更为重要的是:通过对添加剂种类的选择和用量的调整,可以在极少比例氟化物添加的前提下,就达到显著提高离子电导率的目的,是一种简单、高效的工艺。
