Abstract

一种用于固态电解质性能测试的夹持装置,涉及实验仪器领域,包括封闭的壳体、加热组件和至少一组用于夹持待测电池的夹持组件;壳体至少具有一部分用于观察壳体内部结构和待测电池状态的透明壳壁;加热组件设置于壳体内;每组夹持组件包括穿过壳体,且相对于壳体伸入长度可调的一个上夹持件和一个下夹持件,上夹持件和下夹持件相对设置,壳体与每组夹持组件对应的位置处开设有操作口,夹持装置还包括设置于操作口处用于关闭操作口的操作口盖。进行电池性能测试时,将待测样本置于壳体内并用夹持组件将其夹紧进行测试。该夹持装置具有较好的密封性,可控制装置内部气氛;可视化设计能避免样本被压碎,使用方便,能同时降低研究过程的时间成本和经济成本。
