| Abstract | Provided is an apparatus, system and method for on-chip microfluids dispensing. The apparatus comprising a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes arranged one next to another on the substrate; a dielectric layer above and enclosing the plurality of first electrodes; and a second electrode on the substrate, wherein each of the plurality of first electrodes is in electric communication with a respective first driving signal input; wherein the second electrode is in electric communication with a second driving signal input; wherein the plurality of first electrodes define a continuous fluid path along a longitudinal direction for retaining microfluids, and wherein the second electrode is arranged within the continuous fluid path and defines a jetting position and an adjacent mixing position within the continuous fluid path. | L'invention concerne un appareil, un système et un procédé de distribution de microfluides sur puce. L'appareil comprend un substrat ; une pluralité de premières électrodes disposées les unes à côté des autres sur le substrat ; une couche diélectrique située au-dessus de la pluralité de premières électrodes et entourant ces dernières ; et une deuxième électrode sur le substrat, chaque électrode de la pluralité de premières électrodes étant en communication électrique avec une première entrée de signal de commande respective ; la deuxième électrode étant en communication électrique avec une deuxième entrée de signal de commande ; la pluralité de premières électrodes définissant un trajet de fluide continu le long d'une direction longitudinale afin de retenir des microfluides, et la deuxième électrode étant disposée à l'intérieur du trajet de fluide continu et définissant une position d'éjection et une position de mélange adjacente à l'intérieur du trajet de fluide continu. |
