| Abstract | 本文首先說明知識產權體系在全球受到重視的情形，以及影響企業營利的知名例子。同時彙整臺灣、香港和澳門對於知識產權保護的主要挑戰與當地主管部門及其職責，同時通過實際案例說明知識產權保護對於企業營銷與營利的重要性。本文總結發現，臺港澳對知識產權保護的程度不同，且各自面對不同的難題，而產業結構、執法力度、國際合作、以及法規保障四項因素，對於臺港澳的知識產權保護成效具有不同影響。 |
