| Abstract | 非承重耐火構件一般包括防火門、防火閘和防火隔牆等，以上皆須進行耐火測試。按不同國家或地區的建築及消防規範，各地會有不同的測試標準。測試標準主要對測試設備的加熱升溫、爐內壓力控制等情況作出指引。在升溫曲線上，各國標準其實大同小異，彼此的升溫都要控制在許可的誤差範圍內，而爐壓的要求則有所不同。耐火測試一般針對試件的幾個方面進行性能評估，即1. 遮焰( 完整) 性；2. 隔熱性；3. 穩 定性；4. 隔煙性。耐火測試方法之建立歷史悠久，測試皆是以實體試件安裝在爐具上，且在特定的測試條件下進行，觀察其能否滿足上述的性能指標。近年，受惠於計算機速度的提升，同時數值算法的不斷發展，使計算流體力學能應用到更多複雜的工程範疇上。其中，應用在耐火測 試的模擬上也變得可行。 |
